The body of the dry bag is waterproof (10,000 mm hydrostatic head). However, avoid submersion since water can seep through the roll-top closure of any dry bag.

Is this dry bag easy to transport?

Yes. Rolled up, this dry bag takes up very little space. In use, the multiple lash points and double ‘D’-Rings offer plenty of attachment points for a carry strap.

Is this dry bag suitable for paddle sports?

Absolutely. The tough 420 D nylon ripstop face fabric is durable and UV resistant. Just apply reasonable caution in sharp and abrasive environments.

Brilliant

"I have a number of big river dry bags and use them mainly for Motocamping and off-road travel by motorcycle. They have been well used, including having the bike dropped on them numerous times, but have stood up to this well. The lashing points are brilliant and very strong. In addition to using them as points to attach the bags to my bike, I also use voile straps to attach water bottles (0. 5L-1. 5L) to the bag, and they deal with this well. One bag has recently developed little tears/holes in the white liner (which I have used tough tape to cover). I’m not sure why this is (rough use? Age? UV exposure?), however, I feel quite attached to the bag as it has accompanied me to some amazing places, hence repairing it. Overall great product."
